[Cin] A potential HTML manual problem under NTFS/FAT filesystems

There no problem for ntfs and fat32 for a modern Windows systems. The
case-sensitive filenames display supported since Windows 7 SP1. The problem
with case-sensitivity can be only on fat32 on Windows XP. I think it's a
minor issue.
