you already have cingg build tree with most 7.0 support patches applied?

then you need to apply (git am)

0001-May-be-fix-audio-filters-in-ffmpeg-7.0.patch

0002-Fix-ffmpeg-audio-filter-harder.patch

 0003-Use-av_opt_set-for-ch_layout-in-abuffersink.patch

in this order and see if ffmpeg audio filters started to work ...
