In looking for the easy out I was hoping "index.htm" without the "l" on the
end would work but of course it did not.  I always wondered why I saw some
URLs only have the first 3 letters, htm, working and now I know - it was a
good history lesson for today.

So I took the recommendation of modifying .htaccess in the local directory
above the CinelerraGG_Manual directory to use cin-index.html instead.  It
seems to work so *Andrea* could you confirm it works for you?
