I tried to find how limited/full range works with youtube, and may be it
was changed recently (post 2015)? Also might depend on browser ...

I think advice still can be boiled down to "compress range at last step if
you need so", but I am not familiar with color correction in general, may
be for full range sources you better do it in full range, too?

I think better way to see what is best today is to upload two short
variations (one full range, one limited, with same footage) and see how
they come out in browsers .......
