I've tried rendering in 10 bit, and it's even worse. The problem is:
with the "jpeg" mode in "preferences", cinelerra renders in full 10 bit
range, where the "industrial standard" is actually limited range of
9.67 bit. YouTube doesn't understand what full-range-10-bit is, and
cuts the dynamic range of a video leading to increased contrast of
resulting image.
