[Cin] Testing Appimage with OneVPL and QSV presets on legacy Intel hardware

Thank you Andrew for the suggestion that I have finally clarified in the
manual and checked into GIT.
Also, a few days ago, I updated News on the website about Terje's appimage
availability. I hope it is technically correct.
