[Cin] DAR, PAR and SAR, again

Andrea, after reviewing again, I have checked the 4 tex files into the
Manual GIT.  I did make minor corrections because it is hard to spell
"height" correctly.  Really like the "rightarrowtail" latex command in the
document that I had never seen before.  Later I will upload the pdf file to
the CinGG website and after that will add a reference in the Manual
section, Windows.tex, to point to it.

Thank you very much for this difficult subject information and the
accompanying video which is referenced in the pdf too.   ...Phyllis

I have finished the pdf on anamorphic DV and HDV formats. On the CinGG
