[Cin] DAR, PAR and SAR, again

Andrea, I did not even notice that but apparently it works just fine as is
because I re-created the pdf file and the html file with no problems.  It
is the ASCII symbol for "carriage return". That is:  move the print head
back to the start of line just like you would on a typewriter.  Also, I did
have to change one line in the top level Anamorphic.tex file.  The
line is  \incl \include{parts/Anamorphic}ude{parts/Anamorphic}.
For the last Anamorphic in this line, you have Anamorphic.tex and I had to
get rid of the .tex because it would not pull the file in.  I hope it still
works OK for you.

So maybe it was TexStudio, but I have no idea.
