[Cin] cin-HV compilation

 Thanks, Andrew, I will try again too but have never had any success.Interesting though is that usually in October, November, or December every year, heroinewarrior.com in the cinelerra thread, puts out a new release but I see none in 2023 or so far this year.

it seems to link and work if I add two patches on top of it, attached
(one git and one just plain diff)

There was also problem  libraw-1.2.0 - i just run
libtoolize/autoreconf -f commands in this thirdparty directory
