[Cin] Anamorphic 16:9 SD-DV(D) widescreen to AV1.webm

I would like to submit changes to the manual that relate to aspect ratio.
The first two parts concern additions or changes to existing parts.
The third part is completely new (to be put in the appendices?). This
third part is barely mentioned and lacks revision and completion.
@Terje, would you like to review and improve it?
@All, everyone can contribute to improve these three parts because
they are complicated but important.
