ALSO, IMPORTANT! Audio must be 48Khz or 96Khz, nothing else is
supported, even by ffmpeg's dvd pcm encoder.

Also, I am having trouble getting real audio out of it, even if
parameters seems correct

so, I think we can scrap this for now :/

On the other hand we have Mpeg Audio as standart choice, and there
you can select "Layer II" instead of default "Layer III"

but MP2 only supports stereo normally (multichannel extension not implemented)
