Checked manual changes into GIT as Andrea provided.  Also, added libsvtav1
as option to build in Developer.tex.

In manual, Histogram plugin, in the first paragraph under the figure
> 10.46, change to:
> ...
> The histogram has two sets of transfer parameters: the \textit{input
> transfer} and the \textit{output transfer}...
> ...
> Note2: In Color3way and Videoscope, can you change (0 - 1.0) in (0 - 1.0f)?
