[Cin] Attempt at making byteorder setting/info consistent (Big endian on the right)

Andrew, now that I understand your previous email note, I have tested this
algorithmically and I suppose it will be a little clearer if hi-lo and
lo-hi are in the same position in different windows.

Will check into GIT next time I boot the laptop.  Thank you.
