[Cin] HDV 1080i to DVD 16x9 with MP2 audio

MP2 is certainly a legitimate audio format for DVD.  Unfortunately,
choosing MPEG audio and then clicking on the wrench to get Layer II (2)
rather than Layer III (3) produces the exact same x.mp3 results.  Maybe
there is another trick that Andrew knows about?
