[Cin] Major Problem with AppImage

Thanks Mat for the below statement as I would not have suspected that and
am working on adding a News item to the website.

Confirmed on Mint 21.3. It seems that if fuse2 is available, the
> appimage-extract-and-run will not work, instead it starts up normally.
