[Cin] New release update

I downloaded the "CinGG-20240531-alternative_shortcuts.AppImage" from 
https://cinelerra-gg.org/download/images/, and used for tests on my old 
UbuntuStudio_16.04-64bit Opertive System. It works really good. Thanks 
to Phyllis and all of You.
I wonder,... May this version also work for newer Operating Systems?
