vvc decoder fails to build on Ubuntu 16.04 (x86-64) probably due to old
nasm?

So I added --disable-decoder=vvc to
export FFMPEG_EXTRA_CFG="" line (inside "") before running
autogen.sh/configure/make

I think this should go into "building" and release notes /news on site.
