[Cin] Two patches hopefully fixing build on NetBSD 10.0/amd64

Thanks for passing this along as I have had no success with "using" because
I do not know how to use it.  I am hoping that make it less aggressive so
that these 526 warnings all go away.
Attached patch not working here either (Fedora 40 / C++14.2.1 I think).

Will look at some more tomorrow.
