[Cin] fix linking with libesd

Checked into GIT now.  And includes the other small things:
- updated makeappimage tools for newer distros (Andrew fixes found when
analyzing Terje make app image)
- correct esound linking (resolved Termux error, but I did only 1 test with
this, but looks good)
- improve av1_svt render format (as Terje recommended)
