[Cin] Some changes for testing purposes for clipping and speed

IgorB - no need to test any special video as we just want to make sure that
the small change in Andrew's
0001-Experimental-remove-clipping-from-blur-titler-plugin.patch   does not
break any of the normal Blur or Titler plugin workings.  Breakage of
currently working stuff is the main concern.  But if you want to check to
make sure clipping does not occur Andrea might have a suggested test file
but "I THINK" that any HDR file will suffice.  I downloaded from:
https://www.hdri-hub.com/hdrishop/freesamples/freehdri/item/113-hdr-111-parking-space-free
where it says Download, the HDR 111 Parking Lot zip file.
