[Cin] libtiff 4.7.0 and libtheora 1.2.0?

By non-standart resolutions you mean bits per pixel? Or image dimensions? I
do not think any reasonable sized tiff can fail ....

If it fail now and was ok with 4.6.0t then we better to revert!
