[Cin] xavc-intra class 480

I tried to add other xavc classes as mp4 profiles (see attached patch, do
not forgot to make install after patching), but without altering bt709 x264
params line - may be we should comment it so it can be overridden by bt2020
colorimetry?

also, those does not set flavor sony, may be they should?

I also try to develop xavc mxf profiles on desktop (those are from Termux,
3 fps encode at FHD ;)
