[Cin] Blend Algebra /Program in manual

Andrea,
Sorry for all the replies, but I am just so excited by this clever work of
BlendAlgebra and BlendProgram and have not fully discovered all of its
capabilities yet.  The ovl2.tar.gz example is a work of art and ydiff is
going to be my new go-to test mechanism.

For the purposes of Andrea "latexing" these for the Manual, I have created
a permanent  place on the Server for the examples and the "Advertisement"
section of sge's explanation at:
     https://cinelerra-gg.org/download/testing/BlendPluginExamples/
So this should take some burden off of the "latexing".
