For example I just tested Andrey's cin_5.1.20250103.ubuntu2204_amd64.deb
on my ultrabook, Dell XPS  13-9370, and found the Intel UHD 620 iGPU 
(KBL) has

h264_vaapi_8b410 and _10b420, but not hevc_vaapi capability.
