[Cin] Problem with 04/2025 release discovered

With just a minimum test case I can not reproduce so will have to get more
information.  My test case was just:
1. new project
2. swipe small area
3. mouse the Title plugin over and set fade in to 15.0 and fade out to 5.0
Seems to work, but I will try a more complicated case.
