Before drawing the icons I read the sentences by SGE (George):

The main difference between the two plugins is the following.
Blend Algebra is like a function: it combines its arguments (tracks) and
yields the result which is placed into the single configured track.
Blend Program does not produce a function result. Instead, it directly
modifies its arguments (like a void function with side effect in C).

So I thought that the two icons must be almost the same because I think
they have the same "root",... and the white line indicates
that it combines its arguments (tracks). Congratulations Phyllis,... you
are great!
