[Cin] I tried to add AVC-Intra 100 output profiles

Although the attached render file AVC_Intra_100.mp4 was checked in awhile
ago, I have NOT been able to get AVC_Intra_100.mov to work on Fedora 32.
Error I get is:

If I delete the input line of "avcintra-class=100" which is perfectly legal
per "view" it works, but then there is no point!
