I think I stepped on this landmine too while enabling Vulkan.

Be sure you also set

EXTRA_LIBS=" -lOpenCL -lSvtAv1Enc -lvpl -ldav1d -lxvidcore -lass -lbluray
-lsnappy -lzimg -lplacebo -lshaderc_shared" \

in addition to

FFMPEG_EXTRA_CFG=

before launching autogen.sh/configure/make
