I don't use 'dnf' on Leap 15.5 but openSUSE's own package manager
'zypper' (optional supplemented with 'rpm' or 'YaST2' gui).<br>
To compare with my previous installation output (last section) on
Leap <br>
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://lists.cinelerra-gg.org/pipermail/cin/2023-November/007254.html">https://lists.cinelerra-gg.org/pipermail/cin/2023-November/007254.html</a><br>
<br>
the 'libsuil-0-0-0.10.18-lp155.32.12.x86_64.rpm' was correct
reported as a dependice and add-installed during the Cinelerra
installation.<br>
<br>
Now to verify on the latest Cinelerra rpm installation on Leap:<br>
<br>
<blockquote><font face="monospace">zypper se -is cinelerra</font><br>
<font face="monospace">Loading repository data...</font><br>
<font face="monospace">Reading installed packages...</font><br>
<br>
<font face="monospace">S | Name | Type | Version |
Arch | Repository</font><br>
<font face="monospace">---+-----------+---------+--------------+--------+------------------</font><br>
<font face="monospace">i+ | cinelerra | package | 5.1-20231201 |
x86_64 | (System Packages)</font><br>
</blockquote>
<br>
and to check the 'libsuil' dependice for the installed rpm using
zypper and rpm (the latter can also be checked on Fedora)<br>
<font face="monospace"><br>
</font>
<blockquote><font face="monospace">zypper info --requires cinelerra
| grep libsuil</font><br>
<font face="monospace"> libsuil-0.so.0()(64bit)</font><br>
<br>
<font face="monospace">rpm -qR cinelerra | grep libsuil</font><br>

Maybe a stupid question, but as you have
suil-0.10.18-1.fc38.i686 installed:<br>
Is this 32bit lib just just added to 64bit or a
base 32bit (i686) Fedora OS?<br>
