[Cin] Jump and Insert a Auto keyframe by Overlay window

The idea sounds good and GG says that would be very handy but just talking
he thought it would be like "next label" and "prev label".  I had not had
the chance to show him the "Overlays" suggestion you had instead which
looks really nice.  Let's see what he says when he gets to see your png.
