[Cin] Adding 'brightness/contrast' effect on track while playing can freeze Cin-GG?

UNDO bug is fixed.  It was exactly like Andrew described below. New
Ubuntu16 and Mint18 build as mentioned in issue #135.  gg/phyllis

By new UNDO bug you mean this behavior when I add effect on
