guess both 0.148 and 0.152 libraries less than desired 153 ...
there seems to be multiple community packages for x264 - try to install newest 
snapshot (), and then rebuild system ffmpeg (one of them ..you seems to have at 
least two). Or just build yet another ffmpeg in your home directory , after 
building/installing new enough x264 package AND its development files (I assume 
SuSE like most binary distros split actual programs from their -dev and -doc 
portions) ...
