[Cin] Cinelerra-HV 7.1 has been released

According to initial findings, I have unfortunately managed to install 
it. What I've heard from other people is that there are hardly any 
changes to version 7.0.

I really hoped that new features would be added, especially the tracking 
software of people and their movements would have been interesting for 
Cinelerra.
