Demo of using Cinelerra Shell Commands to set up your own

I HIGHLY suggest making a copy of $HOME/.bcast5/Cinelerra_rc with Cinelerra
not running first, deleting the 12-18 lines that start with SHBTN first so
that a new set is created the next time you start up Cinelerra.  Once you
add your own Shell Commands, they are also recorded in Cinelerra_rc.
