[Cin] Shape Wipe Transitions and GIT checkin

Thanks to Igor for his great contribution (25 new transition!!!) and
thank you to GG for making them multithreaded.
The last release doesn't start, giving me continuous errors on the
ffmpeg filters and ending with a core dump. The installation seems to
have been done without errors, however I enclose both the dump and the
cin5.log.
