[Cin] Yet another attempt at russian translation .....

Attached are two files, .po file I did with msgmerge + Kbabel editing (some lines moved around)
and binary .mo file you can put in /usr/share/locale/ru/LC_MESSAGES/ as cin.mo 
for easy testing if you have no gettext installed
