[Cin] DCA encoder working, TrueHD probably need patch

Andrew:  OK, I tested dca.qt and it is working like you said, so gg will
most likely add it to CinGG audio opts.  I will have to ask him about the
patch to get truehd and mlp to not fail and then I will test too.  Thanks,
