[Cin] Window manager theme

Ugin, this is interesting.  One could write a theme that takes a bg_color
as a parameter, and derive the theme setup functionally, instead of by
static initializers.  But, as it stands there are already 11 themes, and
in a wide variety of colors.  It would be nice to get a patch for that one!

Is it possible to apply window themes to Cinelerra by type, as shown in
