[Cin] No Able to build by Git 20200423 for Ubuntu 16.04

Thank you so much GG/Phyllis for the static tar and for update on git!
I have done a build by git "Fri, 24 Apr 2020 19:24:52 +0200 (11:24 -0600)"
not "Sat, 25 Apr 2020 05:58:19 +0200 (21:58 -0600)".
I am testing Cin with this release.

About " bug... shortcut k that RafaMar found", I wrote in CV-mailinglist 
time ago but, surely, I explain that very bad.

For me It works fine, but I go in MantisBT to write.

About "Color Wheel Hue toggler bug" there is something wrong. I must to 
see better. Eventually I will open a ticket.
