[Cin] New ffmpeg plugins

Andrea,
Thanks for testing these -- that is a lot of work but much appreciated. GG
had some input on some of the confusing ones and so we added more comments
on them in the plugin.opts file (which he checked into GIT) and ended up
with 7 working additional ones that you noted.
- minterpolate
- allrgb, allyuv, cellauto, pullup, selectivecolor, tonemap
