[Cin] ffmpeg.git.patch9 (cuda hwaccel) started to fail again ...

Just to report small observation

started  to fail with  yesterday's ffmepg (commit 3750e36aa8ecb53764e5549470a39cd14ff6b513)
Probably due to https://git.ffmpeg.org/gitweb/ffmpeg.git/commit/7f149b04520c01002a2c199f85616ec185896839
("lavu/hwcontext_cuda: refactor context initialisation")

I just disabled  this patch for my local build for now (no CUDA/nvenc software here)

Another interesting recent hit in ffmpeg - Vulkan filtering, and
