[Cin] Chapter Plugins on Manual

About configuration window changes:
The Settings->Preferences, *Appearance *tab has changed for this month's
builds.  I did check in an updated settings.png in the Configuration.tex
section, but only the one image.  The *Interface *tab has had the Snapshot
path also added for this month's build.  I just added 1 line about the
snapshot path to Configuration.tex also.  I think that that is all I did in
Configuration.tex.
