[Cin] Chapter Plugins on Manual

About deinterlacing:  So far I have only had time to see that F_interlace
was removed and I noticed it is still in the Plugin section.

Removed the ffmpeg F_interlace plugin because it was problematic. Use
F_tinterlace instead.
