Andrea_paz, I didn't understand.
What is your goal?
Is It the same of Ingo? If yes, you can use its workflow.
Otherwise, if you want a format project of 1920x1080, but insert a video 
inside with a different rate you can use Crop&Position plugin or 
Translate plugin. So you have a 2.35 rate video format in a FullHD 
project. Is it what you want?
