[Cin] Last realease

The error comes out of bcsignals.C but I have no idea what that is for. I
will have gg look for the error message "BC_Signals::x_error_handler:
error_code=2 and see what generates that.

Meanwhile a couple of things to try:
1) temporarily switch in Preferences, Playback A, the driver from OpenGL to
X11                and see if still get the error
2) run from a window with CIN_CONFIG=/tmp/bcast1 ./cin
which will tell us if either Cinelerra_rc is messed up or media index is bad
