[Cin] Some early static tar builds + today's GIT checkin

Even using your bld.sh (without cuda and with opencv) I still have
compile error.
But I have at least figured out where to find the log. I was used to
look for it in /tmp and now I saw that in your script it's in
cinelerra5.1. So I can attach it.
