[Cin] question about Ubuntu 20.04

Another answer to the question about using multiple cpus -- whenever
possible, automatic use of threads occurs in the program to take advantage
of multiple cpus.  The pointers for the ubuntu 20 version as provided in
the other emails is good -- I just forgot to update the web page to provide
the link and I will try to get that done today.  Ubuntu is well used but
although use of CinelerraGG with Ubuntu 20 is probably just fine, it does
not have a lot of miles on it yet.
