[Cin] Cinelerra manual in HTML form

Hi Georgy,

Great work. Actually I thought of a html version the last days, berfore 
I separated a chapter from the complete pdf manual.
Yet, a few points to think about if possible next: https, chapter 
numbers as in the pdf, search field
