[Cin] Does menu "Window' worksfor hiding/disabling windows for you?

Ok ...thing is, I just removed window decorations via kwin's customization, in hope menu will work anyway for both actions. I was wrong.

Is there possibility to turn those menuitems into toggles? (not necessary for this month's release, just in principle)
