[Cin] New AppImage release with mostly only changes for Android/Termux builds

Eh, what is the problem with AppImage on Debian-11?

I powered it up in VirtualBox, updated the distro, pulled the CinGG git,
did not apply any extra patches, building both static and AppImage went
without errors. 

Both seem to work fine..
